Charlie Jose, MD, MPH (Chair)
Physician, PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center
Clinical Instructor & WWAMI Family Medicine Site Director, University of Washington School of Medicine
I was born in Manila, Philippines and immigrated to Nevada when I was five years old. After completing my undergraduate degree in Mathematics, I obtained a Master of Public Health from Boston University. I returned West to get my medical training at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. I practice rural medicine because I love the breadth of clinical exposure and the warmth of small town communities. I also believe that investing in our youth is critical to our future.
