I currently maintain the subscription purchasing experience for The New York Times website. Before working for the Times, I contracted for Nike and helped the notifications team expand its infrastructure to substantially increase its email delivery throughput for transactional and marketing messages. In addition to a decade of engineering experience for both large companies and startups, I spent years freelancing as an editor and journalist for multiple publications, including Reuters and the Bay Area News Group.
